Description

Custom designed home boasting great view of the mountains of Acadia National Park. Your back yard is Acadia National Park, only 75 yards from the popular Great Meadow Trail, one of many trails in the park. Walk out your back door and you are in the park. This 2,400 sq. foot home has a private in town setting but is nestled in the woods and at the same time just a 10 minute walk to the center of town (Bar Harbor). Cozy home, only 5 years old with a back patio and up stairs deck, wireless internet and satellite dish tv. Professionally cleaned and a handyman is on call for emergency or questions about the Island. Locally owned and managed to assist you in any of your needs.

We will meet all guest and answer any and all questions you may have to make you stay a great one. Weekly stays receive a Fresh Maine Wild Blueberry Pie and a parking space down town.

10 Minute walk to down town, 15 steps you are into the park. Closest derivable entrance to the park is 1/4 mile. You can drive up the to top of Caddalac Mountain in 15 minutes.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Robert (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
