This Mediterranean style gated community is a mere 4 miles away from the Times Square area of Ft.Myers Beach and the islands of Sanibel & Captiva. Lush landscaping accented with pretty fountained lakes grace this property. Walk to shopping and enjoy the many area restaurants that cater to every palate. This comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath second floor condo is fully equipped for a stress-free extended stay. Walk into the front door and you will appreciate the open living design of the unit. The split floor plan places the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom at one end of the unit and the guest rooms at the other end shares the second full bath. There is also a separate laundry room. This sunny unit has a balcony for enjoying the mild Florida winter. Enjoy the day relaxing by the resort-style heated pool with jacuzzi or take a short ride down to any of the many nearby white sand beaches then spend the evening watching the sun set while dining at one of the area's waterfront restaurants. The Gardens at Beachwalk features a large clubhouse with lounge area, fitness center, games room and sandy lounging beach on the lake. How do damage deposits work?
