Enjoy an uninterrupted 180° view over the lake and watch the sun rise and set over the Andes, from the comfort of this private upper-floor apartment.

The work of a notable local architect, the property has two bedrooms, an open plan living/dining area with a huge picture window, high ceilings of exposed cypress timbers, and plenty of natural light.

Previous guests have found this to be a very convenient base. The main lake-side avenue linking the centre with the National Park, Llao Llao and Cerro Catedral is just half a block away. A few minutes’ walk away are some of Bariloche's best-rated restaurants and finest lake-side beach, and within the same complex there is a small precinct of shops, where you'll find a grocers, a butchers and a general store. The bus stop for regular services in all directions is 50 metres away.

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, modern fully-tiled bathroom, gas heaters, flat-screen TV and DVD, complimentary WiFi, landline phone with free local calls and a small library of books, maps, tourist information and DVDs. There is also a shared garden with a seating area and an Argentine BBQ, and a car-parking space.

The owner will be more than happy to provide assistance with trip-planning, both pre-departure and during your stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
