East Grandview Road, Scottsdale, Arizona. Please note our rates are 'All Inclusive' so there are No Extras. This Luxury three bedroom, two - bathroom Villa (2nd Bathroom En Suite) is located in a quiet residential area close to 'Paradise Valley'. It is also very close to many Restaurants and Shops at Kierland / Scottsdale Road and Desert Ridge. It was formerly known as 'The Continental Foothills'. The Property is a Detached, single level home of almost 2,000 square feet and is sited on almost a quarter of an acre of beautifully landscaped gardens. Just in case this Villa doesn't suit your requirements or is unavailable, please look at one of our other Villas on Flipkey reference 322908 and 686460. Please Note that the Rate for a 4 Weeks is 3 times the Weekly Rate or 3.25 times for a Monthly Stay. The Flipkey Quoting System does NOT Quote this. Please contact us for the Actual Rate for your required stay as it will, as long as you are staying for more than a 12 days, be lower than indicated on the Website. It is fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans throughout. The property is bright with high vaulted ceilings that provide a feeling of space. The furnishings are of a traditional and 'South Western' theme. The accommodation consists of the following: Large Entrance Hall that has a tiled area that leads to all areas of the Home. Living Room that has a Sofa (3 seater) and a Love Seat (2 seater). There are Two Large Windows with Plantation Shutters that overlook the Large Covered Patio, Landscaped Garden, Heated PebbleTec Swimming Pool and Large Sunbathing Area. There is a formal Dining Room consisting of Mexican Bakers Rack, Dining Table and Eight Chairs. The Dining Room also overlooks the rear Garden, Large Covered Patio Area and Pool. There is a Fully Equipped New Kitchen / Breakfast Bar with Granite Worktops (Late 2014) , consisting of a New Ceramic Stove with a Convection Oven, Microwave, Blender, Stainless Steel Fridge / Freezer with Water and Ice Dispenser, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Waste Disposal, Crockery, Cutlery etc. for more than six people so that you don't have to use the dishwasher between meals. There are two chairs at the Breakfast Bar. This room overlooks the Family Room / Breakfast Room which consists of a table and four chairs. This room overlooks the Kitchen and Family Room. There is Large Family Room with Fire Place for decorative use only , there are sliding Doors leading to the Large Covered Patio, Garden and Pool area. There is a sofa and love seat, 40 inch Flat Screen Smart TV / DVD, CD / Radio / Cassette Player, and Phone and wireless internet. Master Bedroom with Super King Size Bed (6 foot wide) and 32 inch Smart TV. There are Plantation Shutters and Sliding Doors that lead out to the Covered Patio, Pool / Spa and Landscaped Gardens. There is a Dressing area, Full Bathroom with two basins, Separate Shower and Toilet. Access to the Master Bedroom is off the Living Room. There are two further Bedrooms, one of which one is a twin and the other a Queen (5 - foot). The Queen - bedded room has double doors leading to the second bathroom. This means that when there are only four people in the party, there are, in effect, 'Two Master Suites'. The Bathroom has two basins, a toilet and a bath with a shower. The bathroom also has access to the hall so that it can be used when the third bedroom is in use. A utility / laundry room with a New Energy Efficient Washer, Separate Dryer and all of the necessary and required cleaning materials. There is access to the side garden and drying area. A Selection of Games, Books and CD's is also provided. The rear garden is completely enclosed, with a Pool (Heated in the winter (October - March), Waterfall. A well-sheltered area, as well as open areas, allows you to enjoy the heat of the sun without getting burned. A large Patio Area suitable for sunbathing and Barbecues is also adjacent to the Heated Pool. There should be no need to purchase lemons for your Gin and Tonic, Oranges for your Campari and Soda or Grapefruits for your Breakfast as the garden has Orange, Lemon and Red Grapefruit Trees.
