Each air-conditioned villa is designed with your every need in mind: 2 large bedrooms with 2 double beds and private baths in each, roomy living and dining areas, a fully stocked kitchen, high-speed internet, and a large back deck that overlooks your own private beach.

Located just 3 miles from the center of George Town, our guests enjoy easy access to a wide variety of restaurants, beach bars, grocery stores, diving and boating rentals, and the world famous Exuma Straw Market.

“Ideal little cottage”

Simple but everything you need in the perfect ,very private, quiet location. We cannot wait to come again and bring friends and family! Stunning views of endless turquoise water and private beach from inside and out.

Excellent location and close to all of the major amenities. The property is well kept and contain all necessities. We ate out, and was also able to prepare home cooked meals. We will return for other vacations at this location.

Our family of eight stayed in one of the villas for 7 days. The house worked great for us! It's next to a calm, private beach and we could park our rental boat just a few steps away. The beaches are amazing in Exuma! We saw plenty of starfish, rays and even a couple of dolphins by the bridge near these villas. Eric & Sharlene were very accomodating throughout our whole stay. We would recommend these villas to anyone!

What a wonderful time we had. It is absolutely gorgeous. The weather was perfect and the kids and all of us had the most wonderful time. I would like to pack my bags today and be back down there tomorrow
