“Ok, but I wouldn't choose it again...”
“A very comfortable, clean and safe apartment.”
We really enjoyed staying in this place. You couldn't find a better location. You are in walking distance of almost everything, including restaurants, museums, the coliseum. The owner was the most helpful we ever experienced. She made various arrangements for us and every restaurant she recommended turned out to be excellent. We would recommend to our friends and family any time.
“A very comfortable and safe stay.”
This apartment is very well situated, comfortable, very safe and the owner is so very generous with her information and assistance. You can buy everything you need at 5 minutes walk. And most attractions are in walking distance, a plus for people like us who like to walk. The apartment has all amenities, is clean and comfortable. As you go out, to your right in the horizon, the Coliseum.., a 6 minutes walk. We would recommend to friends and family members.
“Central apartment, Great Host”
A compact, clean, central apartment with a wonderful host. The apartment is only one flight up and when you walk out the front door you look right and see the Colusseum. This means that all the tourist buses are very close. In fact being so central we walked nearly everywhere but there are numerous metro stations close by that go directly to key places eg Termini and St Peter's Basilica. This lovely little apartment had the only comfortable bed in all the apartments we stayed in Italy and everything you need to make yourself feel at home. Even the washing machine worked which was fantastic! One of the best supermarkets I have been to is just around the corner. And Paula, what can I say, such a lovely lady who helped us beyond what was expected. If it wasn't for Paula's help we would never have got in to see the (real) Borghese Gallery (helping us to book at very late notice) or discovered the amazing gardens. Missing either of these would have been a great shame. Even the issue of noise which can be a problem for central locations wasn't too bad as the apartment looks over a side street. Paula was always responsive to our queries and even helped us order a taxi when leaving. Great!
“Hard to Beat”
It would be hard to find a better location. Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps all within walking distance. Great restaurants, pizzerias, and gelato just outside the door.
We stayed at the apartment in June 2013, Paola, was fabulous, explaining everything clearly and giving us lots of useful information. The apartment is small, but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. And what a location, just along the street is a charming square with fountain, where Romans sit and chat with their evening prosecco. Further along is the Coliseum, all just a short walk away. In the street below are bars and food shops, so everything is convenient. Would I recommend it, of course! Would we return, hopefully, yes.
“A great stay in an excellent apartment”
The apartment is modern, very comfortable, and in an excellent location close to historic sites, restaurants and supermarket. Paola is very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend it and would certainly stay there again when in Rome.
“Perfect Location in Rome”
Myself and my 2 boys, 10 and 14 had a great time. Paula was very available and helpful. The apartment was in the perfect spot. Everything we needed was close by 7 days a week. Loved having a kitchen and internet. Great rooftop deck. Hope to stay there again. Really good value. Thank you
I have now stayed in this fantastic location three times and each time everything was perfect: from the location (I could see the coliseum from the terrace!) to the apartment's set up (very functional and elegantly furnished); from the amenities (wonderful grocery shopping and everything is at one's doorstep) to the facility to get to any place in the city in a convenient and timely manner (the metro is a three minute walk away and you can practically walk anywhere as you are at the centre of it all) ). Finally the landlady/owner, Paola, is any renter's dream come true. Paola thank you. Can't wait to get back to your wonderful property.
“amazing place great location wonderful owner”
My husband and I would definately recommend this apartment to anyone. Great location, walking distance to anything. The rentor completely accomodated us with great restaurants, markets, best gelato and more. She gave us touring tips to avoid lines and over priced taxi rides. The apartment was great and even had a rooftop terrace with a view of the colisuem. I couldn't say one bad thing about apartment or rentor. She made our stay an over the top experience especially for our first trip to Rome
