This delightful beach house offers the Portsea way of life allowing holidays to be spent relaxing around the pool and entertaining. The central open plan living/dining and hostess kitchen form the core of the home allowing casual entertaining. The alfresco dining room opens from this area to overlook the resort style inground pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Zoned sleeping wings allow privacy and quiet from guests or teenagers comprising of four bedrooms and two bathrooms, another separate living area gives even greater privacy to guests.

This is truly a sensational home offering the Portsea lifestyle and will delight the most discerning renters!

The property is close to the Portsea and Sorrento back beaches and easy walking distance to the delightful Sorrento Township, full of cafes, resturants and shops.

Portsea is an hour and a half drive from Melbourne.

How do damage deposits work?
