“Peaceful cottage with friendly neighbors”

Reviewed 16 Jul 2013

Great wee cottage in lovely grounds. Kitchen, bathroom and livingroom could do with updating, but good value for a family holiday.

Lovely little home from home with comfy beds and nice open fire Friendly people make you feel very welcome with everything you need for an enjoyable stay Worth having a walk down to the bottom of the cliff by the old fishing lodge and around the well kept grounds Local ammenaties our close enough and Inverness and Loch Ness being about an hour or so away Can't wait to come back and will def stay again next time were in Scotland Gary & Kim

Lovely cottage on a beautiful estate. Great place to stay if you want peace and quiet, and lots of lovely coastal walks.

“pleasant and peaceful”

Had a wonderful stay in lovely surroundings. the accommodation is very well proportioned and set in a beautiful estate. A log fire had been laid and was roaring away on our arrival which was a nice touch. Keepers cottage is situated in an amazing part of the country and is very well placed.

“Fantastic Highland getaway”

Reviewed 24 Aug 2011

Booking was really easy and Grace, the lady who dealt with our booking, was always friendly and very helpful. The groundskeeper and his family were also very friendly and helpful and able to tell us all about the place. The house itself was particularly spacious and well equipped and is set in beautiful grounds with a lovely walk down to the cliffs and sea front. This is the second time we have stayed here and would definately come back again. The highlands are a wonderful area to visit with many attractions to suit all sorts of people. These range from beautiful beaches, dramatic countryside, castles and museums and the area has some fantastic golf courses. This is to name but just a few.

“Excellent comfortable stay”

The cottage was in a lovely location and our hosts were so helpful and friendly. We took a baby and were given a highchair and proper cot. We had a really lovely peaceful stay.

“A real get away from it all hideaway!”

The location of keepers cottage really could not be any better! The scenery is breathtaking and the cottage cozy and welcoming at the end of a day, especially with a 'real' fire burning. Very quiet and peaceful, if that's what your looking for?
