Description

You will love our beautifully Caribbean styled two bedroom apartment with furnished balcony overlooking the central courtyard and out towards Marigot Bay. Set within the attractive Marina Village with its quaint New England styling, it is just a short walk to the swimming pools, shops, marina, restaurants, bars and access to the beach. The apartment is suitable for couples, families or friends sharing with flexible sleeping options.

Situated on the second floor with a view from the lounge balcony across the courtyard, it offers spacious and stylish interiors with all mod cons including TV, DVD, Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms. There is even a washing machine and dryer for guests to use, although towels and linen are provided.

The layout comprises a large open plan living room with high vaulted ceiling, sofas, small furnished balcony and a dining area which leads into a u-shape fitted kitchen with all mod cons and laundry facilities. Leading off the lounge and dining area are two spacious and comfortably styled bedrooms (one with King size bedstead and one with two single beds which can be converted to another King size bed). Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes and an en-suite contemporary shower/wet room with two basins. Extra single child's bed, baby cot and a high chair are available on request.

The master bedroom also has a charming view from the Juliette balcony over the bay and landscaped tropical gardens of the hotel with its two superb pools which our guests have FREE use of as well as enjoying access to the spa, gym, haute-cuisine restaurant, grill and bars. Try out the stunning Rum Cave for dozens of different flavoured rums and cocktails.

Getting around

The nearest airport is G. FL. Charles Airport, in Castries approx. 24 miles away while Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) is located at the southern end of the island, in Vieux Fort, about an hours drive (34 miles). Marigot Bay is located within the district of Castries and a 20 minute drive takes you to the capital Castries where you will find shops, restaurants, a large market and other facilities including a selection of shops by the dock with tax concessions. Marigot Bay is approx. 45 minutes from north Cap Estate and Rodney Bay with it lovely beaches and about 60 minutes from Soufrière and Vieux Fort. Unlike many of the holiday apartments in St. Lucia, you do not need a car here and definitely not a jeep.

Interaction with guest

Our lovely English manager will meet you on arrival, show you around the apartment so that you are familiar with everything and then hand over the keys so you can start relaxing and enjoying the St Lucia vibe. Whatever you want to do, our manager will be able to advise you about local activities such as where to hire scuba diving equipment or a boat from, the best restaurants for your taste and budget, where to take a day trip to, how to get to the closest large supermarket and so on.

We will have someone look at the reception on the TVs but we are not alone I'm afraid in receiving very bad signal from the current suppliers since the island stopped having cable last year.
