The "SeaJay" at La Brisa is located in a gated community overlooking the Atlantic Ocean just steps away from Smathers Beach with it's pristine sand and palm trees. Directly across the street is Key West's longest sidewalk along the beautiful ocean for bike riding, jogging or walking. Smathers Beach offers diving, fishing, parasailing and sunset cruises. La Brisa has a heated pool and jacuzzi, sauna, clubhouse, lighted tennis court, gas BBQ grills, picnic benches and covered Tiki huts. There is off street parking right under the condo. The elevator is right next to your car. It is a very quiet relaxing complex surrounded by tropical foliage. Consider us your affordable 4 star luxury hotel suite while visiting Key West for a memorable family vacation. Our 2 bedroom - 2 bath condominum features lots of space. The master bedroom looks right out on the ocean with stunning views and ocean breezes and has a King size bed and full bath with tub/shower. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds and full bathroom. We also offer a queen size sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a very large living room and dining area with great ocean views. The unit features central A/C, cable TV in each room, DVD/VCR, washer and dryer and all the conveniences of home in a secure setting. We include 2 tennis rackets and 5 beach chairs. For the little ones, we have a Pak & Play, Feeding seat and full size stroller for your convenience. La Brisa is on the edge of Old and New Town and is nearby shopping, outstanding restaurants and all the fun of Duval Street. A bus stops directly in front of La Brisa. We are only one mile from Key West International Airport. NOTE: No RV’s, Camping Trailers. They will be towed off property.

How do damage deposits work?

If John (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
