The 2 bedroom 1 bath private guesthouse boasts a very spacious exterior entertainment area including a large, partially covered terrace with a lounge, dining and cooking area, infinity pool and sun deck. Comfortable lounge chairs and towels are awaiting your tranquil relaxation and private sunbathing.

From the minute we arrived at Nocoart, we felt entirely relaxed and, as others have commented, very much 'at home'. Norma's welcome was warm and hospitable, which was a reception that continued throughout or stay. The villa has wonderful Caribbean charm, with Norma and Corina's paintings reminding one that they are in a special place which oozes personality. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, allowing one to cook as at home (fantastic as the markets and supermarkets are excellent). The room was perfect - comfortable beds, blissfully quiet, and a great shower. The beach, which is a 5 minute drive, is completely unspoilt - no sunloungers, no bars or restaurants, and hardy any people - paradise! I loved this place. My only disappointment was that I wasn't in St. Martin and Nocoart for longer... I will absolutely be returning, but next time for much much longer! Thank you Norma, and I look forward to meeting you again when we return:)

We stayed in this beautiful guest house for a few days, but soon felt so much "at home" that it we didn't want to leave and get back to reality any more... ;) The owners are very warm, welcoming, responsive to all needs and always up for a friendly and funny chat, but never crowded us! Just the same we've also been enjoying the peace and privacy of the big property with a beautiful lush tropical garden and our clean, comfortable and well-furnished bedroom. We wouldn't call the location in Terres Basses secluded! It is a more private area, which we think is a very welcome advantage to the more "popular" locations on the island. A rental car is necessary, but within less than five minutes you can be at a quiet picturesque beach or a big supermarket - without having to wait in traffic even during the main season. But if you like places with more activity, Maho, Simpson Bay or Marigot can be reached very quickly and easily as well. Just like the whole island, it's simply the best mix, and this guest house is the perfect base for all your ventures! Thanks for everything, we will be back for sure!

We stayed 2 nights in Nocoart Guesthouse. The place is really great (clean, comfortable and peaceful with a well maintained swimming pool and a nice garden around the artist studio) it was perfect for us. It was very nice to feel like "home" : we could come and go at any time in the evening, we could invite a friend of us for a drink in the afternoon... and the price is correct, it was much more affordable than the villas all around :) We'd advise this guesthouse for everybody looking for a quiet and original place. There are very beautiful beaches nearby (a car is needed). We met the owners Norma and Corinna who made our stay very pleasant. We also recommand the painting session. Nicolas & Anh

The location is great: absolutely quiet and relaxing, yet close to beach and shopping etc. Room and service also great, makes you feel immediatly at home. The host was always supportive and welcoming. We shared lots of fun. An unforgettable vacation!
