Imagine sitting each day enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails with family and friends with direct Gulf views of Beautiful Clearwater Beach, voted #1 Beach in America for the second straight year! The large front porch surrounds the house to the north and west sides, giving you a panoramic view of the white sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico.

You and your family will spend many hours enjoying the splendid views from the front porch, while barbecuing and enjoying family time, or just relaxing on a comfy lounge chairs.

You are steps to the beach as well as within walking distance to most Clearwater Beach attractions, including restaurants, shops, bars and fabulous Pier 60. Take the Trolly or Water Taxi to The Clearwater Aquarium to see Winter and friends.

The Beach House property is a 1920’s Old Florida beach property that over the years have been transformed into one of the best vacation residential properties on North Clearwater Beach. This is not just another beach property that boast of beach views, this home has direct Gulf views from front patio as well as living room, dining room and kitchen.

The kitchen is supplied with all the essentials you will need during your stay including barbecue utensils.

Complimentary guest washer and dryer as well as laundry detergent.

After a day on the beach you can relax in the living room and inside dining area with direct Gulf views while watching your favorite sports game or movie on your large smart TV.

When it is time for bed, the beach house has two bathrooms. The master bathroom has a large walk in shower with skylight. For the little ones, the second bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

The house is three bedrooms. One room has a king size bed as well as a twin bed. Second room h King size bed and third room with Queen bed. Each room has a flat screen TV.

Private parking for 1 vehicle

Clearwater Beach is miles long, perfect for those long walks. For Peace and quiet, Head north from the house and you will enjoy miles of white, soft sandy beach’s.

The property altogether includes a three bedroom house and two studios. Each property has their own private entrance and private patio with beach views. If you have other family members that would like to join you but prefer their own separate place, there are two studios that can sleep 2 each. Perfect for your mother and father-in law. They can be seen in listing 4441821 & 3720582. The rates and fees for these are listed and are not included in the price of the main beach house.

The Cambria Beach House is truly a family beach house that will give you years of great family memories.

We really enjoyed our stay! Sunsets from the porch were amazing. Bed was super cozy. Decorations were really cute and the place was super clean. 5 stars. Would stay again.
