Description

As part of the Covid-19 bubble at Marigot Resort, our apartment is officially certified to take bookings. Guests will have use of the hotels excellent facilities including two pools, spa, fitness suite, restaurants and bars. Our luxury two bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Marigot Bay yet right on the waterfront with one of the best views of the bay and out to the ocean. Sit on the wide, shady, balcony...watch the luxury yachts pass by and enjoy a much slower pace of life. Our stunning apartment is ideal for just chilling or being close to the restaurants and bars in the adjacent luxury Marigot Bay Resort. Our guests have free use of the fabulous hotels pools and gym along with towels, bottled water and poolside nibbles.

The open plan living, dining area and kitchen offer plenty of space for 4 to 5 people. The master bedroom with its King size bedstead has doors out onto the wide, shady balcony and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom can either be a twin or the beds made into a another King with another shower room right next to it. The interiors have been styled to a very high standard with all the modern conveniences you would expect of a luxury holiday home. Whilst only a stones throw away from the bay, the apartment offers peace and quiet yet so close to places to eat.

House rules

We welcome all guests. Please note that apartment 7a is on the first floor and accessed by a flight of stairs. There are no lifts in the Marina Village.

We would appreciate all of our guests take care not to abuse the use of air conditioning by limiting the amount it is used to very hot days and not leaving it on when you go out or when the doors/windows are open. Please look after the environment and beautiful Marigot Bay.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Karen (the owner) a message.

If Karen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
