This ocean front, seaside paradise offers a perfect sunset experience. So amazing, you may just fall in love all over again. With three private beaches, panoramic ocean views there is nothing more enjoyable. Your day in Little Exuma can be spent by fishing, bonefishing, scuba diving or snorkeling, power or sail boating, bicycling, hiking, or exploring the island and its magnificent beaches.

We don't just have a beach, we have beaches. Our property is so large there are several beaches to relax on. Depending on weather and the tide, we have a deeper section great for swimming, shallow beaches for relaxing, sand to walk along, even a small private cove. We also have decks with lounge chairs that float just above the beach for a beautiful and relaxing view.

You want privacy, you have come to the right place. Most of our renters report not seeing another person from any other property their entire stay. Come relax in privacy at Sugar Beach Villa.

Our guests are amazed and always complement us on our incredible staff. They are very friendly and helpful. Our staff will make sure to pick you up from the airport and get you to the property. They will give you a guided tour and make sure you have everything you need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We go out of our way to provide as many services as possible to our guests. Please take advantage of our additional services we provide such as grocery shopping, cooking, boat tours, additional maid services, and babysitting. If you need something else not listed, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Our caretaker Linton will show you around the property once you arrive. He grew up on this Island and knows everything and just about everyone! Please feel free to ask him about places to go and how to get around. He is wonderful and loves to be of assistance.

Interaction with guest

We have a caretaker named Linton and a housekeeper named Glo. They will both be available to you for any assistance you might need. They are both so wonderful, our previous guests have raved about them in some of our reviews.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Dale (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
