We always like to exchange a few messages with potential guests before accepting a booking, so please, tell us a little about yourself, your group, especially sleeping arrangements, so we can organize the beds, ie, 2 couples, or a couple and a single, or all singles, etc. and your vacation dates, and we'll be happy to help with your reservation and quote you a price. We confirm ALL prices and availability quickly. (Prices are generally only updated on this site up to 6 months in advance, and are not shown correctly for special packages, like Carnival (based on a package price) and New Year. Read the apartment rules and send the list of names & photo IDs for your group, and give an approximate indication of the time you plan to arrive at the apartment. Check in is 15:00-21:00. There is an additional fee of R$50 for check in after 21:00.) Note: no parking in building, but paid parking on street outside. No swimming pool in apartment or building.
Our 10th floor penthouse is gorgeous and sunny, with a stunning panoramic view of sea and sky from our amazing terrace. Decked in beautiful Brazilian hardwood.
The apartment is self catering. We provide clean linen and towels, and some basic toiletries to get you started, and a well equipped kitchen suitable for a vacation stay.
We're a few minutes walk from two beaches, with sunbathing, swimming, standup surfing, kayaking, scuba diving, and line fishing all on offer.
The area is popular with tourists and locals. Excellent transport options, bus stops right outside the building, and taxis passing our street night and day. Uber taxis arrive quickly.
We're in walking distance of everything you'd need: cafés, restaurants, bars, delicatessens, butchers, bakeries, fish mongers, shops, banks, clubs, supermarkets, gyms, hairdressers, tour companies, car hire, pharmacies, medical services, hospitals, etc. And some of the best restaurants on TripAdvisor are a few minutes away from our building.
A short 15 minute taxi, Uber (or bus) ride to some of Salvador's best attractions, such as the enchanting cobble-stoned streets of the historic centre, Pelourinho, the old Portuguese markets of Cidade Baixa, the restaurants of Santo Antonio, and the bars and restaurants of the bohemian neighbourhood of Rio Vermelho. We are also 150 metres from the biggest Carnival circuit of Salvador, Barra-Ondina, Circuito Dodô.
All the rooms have superb ocean views to the front and the island of Itaparica to the back. The master bedroom has a super-king bed, luscious ensuite bathroom, ample wardrobe space, and sensual Brazilian wood floors. The second bedroom has similar ocean views and a queen sized double or optionally, two single beds, ample wardrobe space and a private bathroom. A third room can be curtained off as a third bedroom, with fantastic views to the lighthouse, ocean and sky, equipped with a sofa-bed or single bed, and with a third bathroom right beside it. There is also an outdoor shower on the terrace. The bedrooms all have ceiling fans and AC.

• Fully equipped kitchen with bar area, fridge/freezer, gas oven, 4 burner gas hob, microwave, water cooler, electric coffee maker, juicer, fruit blender, plates, cutlery, cups, mugs, and an assortment of general utensils.
• The building has security doormen 24/7, and security cameras monitor the entrance, grounds, garage and elevator areas. There are two elevators. Garage parking in building not available. Paid parking on street outside.
• Guests are responsible for electricity, metered usage at cost, paid separately on departure, and should arrange their own personal travel insurance.
• Cleaning, laundry, ironing or cooking services can be arranged at an additional cost. You pay the cook or cleaner directly.
• We don't usually have children younger than 8 years old unless parents confirm that they are accustomed to accessing stairs unaccompanied, and are used to living in penthouses, and parents agree to accept full responsibility for supervision.
• Only guests registered at the time of the reservation are allowed to stay in the apartment. Please send photo ID for all registered guests after making a reservation. Non-registered guests, friends or visitors have access to the reception area at the ground floor of the building only, and are not allowed in the apartment, to visit or stay over.
• No parties, no loud noise or unruly behaviour, especially between 22:00 and 08:00. • No pets or animals.

If Jonathan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
