Description

Ta' Karmena consists of 2 maisonettes on 2 separate floor but can be connected by an internal staircase if needed.

The top floor consists of 3 bedrooms where one bedroom has a double bed, and the other two bedrooms are one with twin beds and the other with 3 beds. On this floor one may find 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower, a large kitchen and a large sitting room. It also has two balconies, one overlooking the pool area and the other overlooking the country side. This floor is connected to the ground floor by 2 staircases.

The ground floor consists of 2bedrooms. One bedroom is with twin beds and the other bedroom has 3 beds. On this floor there are 2 bathrooms with shower, and washing machine, and a large kitchen, living and dining room and also a very big living room with a sofa bed and if necessary one can also find a foldable bed.

This property has a pool and sunbathing area, also equipped with bbq, garden furniture for sunbathing and dining al fresco. . As one might see these maisonettes are both equipped with kitchens each with electric cookers and gas hobs, fridge freezers, toasters, electric kettles, multipurpose electric oven, cable TV, DVD players, Wifi, telphone line, ironing facilities and the groundfloor maisonette has a washing machine.
