Description

The apartment is placed in the centre of the ancient and characteristic district: "TRASTEVERE".

The flat has just been completely renovated with a particular attention to details and modern comforts.

The apartment, located on the second floor of a ancient building with lift, comprises a large living room, a spacious kitchen, large bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a luxury bathtub . The living room has a comfortable sofa bed as well as digital TV, DVD / CD player and stereo. The apartment has air conditioning.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, microwave, toaster, large fridge / freezer and crockery and cookware for 6 people. There are still a washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board. In the apartment there is a wifi internet, telephone free of charge for Italy. At the cost published you need to add city tax of the City of Rome amounted to € 3,50 per person, per day. Shall apply for a maximum of 10 days. Children under 10 years are exempted from payment.
