"Terraza Brisas" IS A 7 YEAR OLD VILLA in a very secure gated community only 300 yards to Playa Bejuco. It is a GREAT surfing beach. This home is in a very quiet area and yet close to the very popular Jaco Beach for shopping, restaurants and nightlife.

If you want to spend time at the beach sunning, walking, shelling or surfing you are just 300 yards / meters to the Playa Bejuco beach. It is a very secluded tropical beach lined with palm trees. Within a 30 minute drive you can hike through the Rain Forest to wonderful waterfalls, go horseback riding, 4 different zip-line tours, hanging bridges, whitewater rafting, Manuel Antonio Park, Etc...

"Terraza Brisas" is fully equipped with everything you need from towels to kitchen utensils to cable TV an hi-speed internet.

Just turn the key and you will be at home at "Terraza Brisas" .

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If RONALEE (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
