This beautiful one bed room self-contained apartment is located in Runaway Bay, one block from The Royal Decameron in Salem Runaway Bay .It has a security gate with 24 hr security guard. The apartment comes with pool , air conditioning,ceiling fans,Cable TV, Linen, utensils, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, free wifi. It is situated close to Salem beach, and Flavours beach, Runaway Bay golf course, L& M Supermarket, Scotia ATM,shopping, restaurants, and attractions. There are fantastic local places to eat and nearby hotels such as Jewel Resort, Sandals, Gran Bahia, FDR, Club Ambiance,RIU, where you can purchase a day pass, or night pass for evening activities and nightlife.

The apt is just 20 minutes from the legendary Dunn’s Rivers Falls, and only 20 minutes to the new Island Village in Ocho Rios, featuring Jimmy Buffet’s Margueritaville Restaurant and Beach Bar, and The Hard Rock Cafe.

This was my third stay at the villa. I love my privacy,with the choice of cooking my own meals whilst on holiday. As usual, very nice,clean,secured and now WiFi connection. Fully equipped and comfortable. Very relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely be returning next year...

My experience with renting this property was very smooth from beginning to end. Mr.Tucker responds to all calls and emails immediately, and his personality and professionalism makes it a pleasure to do business with him.Every thing went as planned from the keys waiting for me at the security gate and not me having to wait for some one's arrival to let me in. Then his property manager Delores, very nice lady, arriving to make sure every thing was good and that I had every thing I needed before leaving me to enjoy my stay.The complex is lush and green and well maintained and cleaned every day.Unit 8 was very clean and nicely furnished and well stocked with linens, towels, and kitchen utensils.You have a choice of a housekeeper or not.The beach, stores and local bar are all in walking distance,you'r able to purchase fresh seafood if you raise early in the morning and walk to Fisherman's Beach.The neighbors in the complex are very nice,by the time you leave you feel as if you know every one. I loved the location, convenient to every thing,the complex workers and the right at home feeling of Mr. Tuckers apartment.This is definitely where I will stay when in Jamaica twice a year.Great unit, good people, lots to do locally.

My stay at at this apartment was amazing.!!! The apartment it self was very clean everything was in working condition. I got clean sheets and towels every few days. The property was beautiful and the pool was great. I loved waking up to Michel the security/maintenance guy with a big smile on his face. I was out in town of Salam a lot. On my second day of my trip I could walk around and feel safe, I met a lot of great people that made me feel like I was at home.

Myself, my husband and 9 yr old daughter have stayed at Osburn's a few times. It's clean, comfortable, well maintained, has screened windows, a safe and is safe. He has a kitchen with everything you could possibly need for making meals at home and is close to the grocery store and markets. Restaurants are also close by if you don't feel like cooking. I recommend Sharkies. The apartment is also close to many attractions and the beach for day time excursions. If you want to relax at the apartment the pool is right outside your door,and the grounds are well maintained. Security is wonderful and ready to help you with whatever you may need. We definitely look forward to seeing them and all the neighbours upon our returns. Osburn's has become home away from home for us a couple times a year.

This was a lovely 1 bedroom apartment. Very nicely decorated and clean. Security was great. Pool clean and nice. Quiet place. Only changes I would recommend is a newer sterio w/ MP3 plug and bigger TV - maybe put the smaller one in the bedroom. Great accomodations at a reasonable price. Very easy to work with as well.

My spouse and I loved, loved, loved the apartment. We felt safe and secure having security on site. The apartment was very clean and cozy, we also appreciated having Ms Fay (house-keeper) readily available to assist with light housekeeping and cooking. Ms Cherry (Manager) also checked in on a regular basis to be sure we were content (believe me we were). Michael (Security) never stopped smiling. It was also nice being close to shopping amenities.

We just returned from an amazing trip to Runaway Bay, Jamaica with the highlight of the trip being the apartment that we stayed in. Club Carribean court apartment number 8 was very clean and had all the necessities one would need to enjoy a week of rest and relaxation. Thank God for the a/c! The grounds were well kept and each and every person we spoke to was pleasant and welcoming. The security guards took care of us and taught us the tricks of the trade while living in Jamaica. We spent a lot of time in the pool which was also kept very clean. Thanks to Michael the Gardener. I hope to return soon to Runaway Bay. You can't beat the price!
