Ever popular 4 star, 4 bedroomed house in beautiful Aughris, a quiet seaside location on the Wild Atlantic Way with great sandy beaches and wonderful views of the sea and mountains. This is an area of unspoilt natural beauty.

The location is particularly suited to Walking, Golf or Surfing enthusiasts who want a central base to sample what Sligo has to offer.

A major attraction nearby is the Beach Bar, an authentic old world pub/restaurant which really s only 5 minutes walk from the house.

There is a lovely completely separate 1bedroomed Annex adjoining the house to suit a couple. The Annex is advertised and occupied separately but often times large groups book both units and the quite ones of the party get the annex!!

Getting around

A car is recommended here. It is 4km to nearest shop ( Arabrone Stores), 8km to Dromore West Village ( shops, fuel, ATM, Takeaways, Butcher, Pharmacy, pub). Having said that, we have had guests who parked up for most of their stay as they just enjoyed their walks along the beach on in the immediate vicinity and at nighttime strolled over and dined at the Beach Bar

We live 6 miles away, so near enough if you need assistance with anything, but far enough to give you your own space.

House rules

We do allow pets but they are strictly not allowed in bedrooms. Please note that if any dog hairs are found on the bedding then there will be an extra laundry charge of €150 billed to you since all bedding including Duvet, Pillows and Mattress Protectors must be sent for cleaning.

Please dont let any ashes near the vaccum cleaner as it blocks the filters. And please dont put ashes in the bin, even when cold.

How do damage deposits work?
