The actual rate for this house is $595 per night. Any amount over that shown is cleaning and refundable damage deposit. Situated on beautifull Junction Creek just steps from the the start of the Colorado Trail. This home has everything you need for the perfect family retreat or reunion.Enjoy the peacefull sound of the creek while sitting on either of the decks,or sit in front of the massive rock fireplace and relax. The gourmet kitchen is a joy to cook in with professional range and 2 dishwashers.There are 2 living areas,one open to the kitchen and one a great recreation room complete with pool table.4 bedrooms plus loft,2 1/2baths-the master sweet has king size bed and jacuzzi tub.Bring your mountain bike or a good book and enjoy the best Colorado has to offer! Never been on the market before! This place is speacial!3-5 night minimum depending on the time of year.
