Owner managed fully furnished apartment (for 2 to 4 people, 2 adults & 2 children) on the quite northeast coast of Oahu, flanked by the Koolau mountains and Pacific Ocean, just 4 miles south of the Polynesian Cultural Center, seven miles north of Kualoa Ranch and a short 15 minute drive to the winter surfing competition at the "Banzai Pipeline and "Sunset Beach", 30 miles from Waikiki and the Honolulu Airport.....located on over 600 feet of sandy beach frontage, that is reef protected and ideal for swimming, snorkeling and sunbathng. The water is about waist to chest deep along the beach and is excellent for snorkeling. Building faces the ocean and has a fresh water swimming pool, exercise room. outdoor showers and barbeque area. Free off street parking. All apartments in the Condo are individually owned. Apartment 707 has been our getaway from the Bed and Breakfast we have in Kailua, which is 20 miles south of the condo since 1989, a place to relax, refresh and enjoy the quiet part of the island. We share our little piece of paradise with guests when we can not getaway. Apartment is approximately 550 sq ft and can accommodate 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children comfortably, but too cozy for 4 adults.
