Levendi's Estate is a 7-acre organic farm offering absolute natural luxury for frazzled families and romantic couples.It is a unique holiday destination. Four houses scattered within the grounds and the many outdoor amenities of the Estate provide neither a villa holiday nor a 5-star resort. Rather, this eco-chic Estate offers the all the services of the latter combined with the privacy of the former, and much more. Holidays are individually designed to be exactly the holiday each guest is wanting: family summer fun, quiet romantic retreat, perhaps a first family holiday with babies or the opportunity for groups of friends to reserve the entire Estate. Each house is set within its own mature garden setting, providing privacy for guests whilst communal areas on the Estate give opportunities to socialise. Within the property there is a mediterranean forest where hammocks sway in the sea breeze and a holistic treatments pavilion hides in the shade of towering cypress trees; there are open grassed terraces and a ball-games terrace; an outdoor cooking and dining area from which to appreciate balmy summer evenings in the company of good friends and family; a separate farm paddock, orchards and vegetable gardens are working areas of the Estate; and a quite separate area will provide you with a magnificent infinity edged salt water pool area with shaded and sun terraces. The Estate gives different spaces for everyone to enjoy, and where children feel free to roam, explore and play within the safe and secure grounds of the Estate. Beyond the Estate your choices of holiday activities are wide: scuba diving, sea kayaking, boating, sea excursions and a choice of the many small pebbled beaches which dot the island's coast giving you your own beach with gin-clear water, even in peak season.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marilyn (the owner) a message.

If Marilyn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
