Galvestonian 107 is our one bedroom vacation rental offered BY OWNER, not a hotel, located DIRECTLY on the island's EAST BEACH (not across a road). Best beach in Galveston! Our Galvestonianrental condo property is secluded yet close to the Strand, restaurants, art galleries, the Grand Opera House, historical district, cruise ships, easy access to the mainland, and an hour from Houston . A perfect getaway for first-time or repeat Galveston Island visitors. Take a morning stroll on the beach, a dip in the beachfront heated pool or relax in the hot tub before you take in the island. The property includes Tennis Courts and an In-house exercise facility. Updated laundry facility off of lobby. View the sunrise over the ocean and the distant lights of the ships in the evening as you relax on one of your ocean facing private balconies. Our Galvestonian condo, on the third level of the building (1st level of condos) is a Deluxe One BR with two private balconies off living room and bedroom. Pool view, but not directly over the pool. The bedroom has king bed, the separate living/dining has queen sofa bed. Full kitchen. BBQ grills and picnic areas .. spend the weekend without leaving property or take advantage of wonderful Galveston restaurants. Stay before or after a Galveston cruise. Galveston island is full of history and has ongoing special attractions. One room key will be issued at check in. Additional or replacement room keys must be paid for directly to the Galvestonian for $5 each. Sorry, Galvestonian Bylaws for rentals prohibit one-night rentals. Out of courtesy to other homeowners, our unit is a non-smoking unit and we CANNOT ACCEPT PETS in our rental stays.

Friendly helpful service. Very Clean, comfortable and fully functional. Felt secure. Close to elevators, close to pool but still for enough away for a little privacy.No traffic noise. High enough for great view of the gulf through the palms, but close enough to the ground for a beach experience instead of nose bleed. Some may say the kitchen might need an update but the pictures are accurate. We were fine with it.

We had a fabulous time here. The beach was a short 3 minute walk from the condo. When the kiddos got tired of the beach and sand we all relaxed by the pool and hot tub. At night we sat on the balcony and watched the sunset. Location was incredible, so close to everything you need. We will definitely be returning next summer if not sooner.

My girlfriend and I stayed for an extended weekend. The condo is very nice, very clean and comfy. Everything worked and the view was spectacular. The condo has everything a person would need; just bring food, drinks and a smile. The Galvestonian even has shopping carts to put your groceries in to bring up to the room! The beach was great; not crowded and clean! Chelita Riley is the hostess with the mostess! You can't go wrong staying here!

We enjoyed our stay completely. The unit was great and the owners were very friendly and generous. The resort is beautiful, and we especially enjoyed the convenience of access to the beach and use of the beach towels. The location is minutes from all the activity in town but delightfully away from the crowd.

Clean, well stocked with all of the necessities, close to everything in town. So close to the beach and amazing views. Swimming in pool in the evenings after a long day at the beach is a must. Our family will never forget this trip and we cannot wait to return. This is a perfect little vacation condo.
