Response from the owner wow... how rude. Like anyone would rent their $400k property without a deposit. I could have charged him for over use of electricity as stated in my contract. I gave him a break and this is how he repays me. Yes I charge for over-use... I've been left with nightmare bills of those who leave the AC on all day while they're gone. My total reviews say it all. I don't know why I have so many entitled nut-jobs lately.

How do damage deposits work?

If Kyle (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
