Description

I own an island beach house that you inquired about or have rented. The exact address is 206 West First Street, and located 1 mile south of the pier. You can see the location on Google Earth. First Street is the first one closest to the ocean so I am directly across the street from the ocean. The walkway to the beach is across the street from my house.

The house is over 3000 sq ft, seven bedrooms, large living dining area, well equipped kitchen, washer dryer, outdoor grill, outside shower, and best of all is the good time you have with family and friends while you are there with all the conveniences of home. Pictures say a thousand words so I enclose those for you.

Ocean Isle is surrounded by top notch golf courses, restaurants, wide beautiful beaches, shops, museum, planetarium and arcade. it is 20 minutes from N Myrtle Beach, 40 minutes to Wilmington, and a ferry ride to across the Cape Fear to historic Fort Fisher near Southport.

Some people save the house from one year to the next so I will gladly reserve any week that you may like that is not rented. Rent is $3000 per week and rents from Saturday to Saturday. I am also local to the area and will be glad to assist in any way.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
