Description
Villa Fedrita is a 3 bedroom house with full airconditioning, private south-faced pool and free wi-fi. Located in the most beautiful part of Corfu, the North Coast, in a very quiet area within 3 - 5 minutes driving of supermarkets and tavernas, the Hydropolis-waterpark and the beach of Acharavi. Also the slowly descending into sea sandy beach of Kalamaki is nearby Acharavi. The mountainous area of Panteleimonas has beautiful long distance vieuws and is perfect for walkers. Driving distance from the villa till the coast in 5 min. The beautiful beach of Acharavi has a blue flag. You can find several restaurants at the beach The centre of Acharavi has many restaurants, also in the mountains.
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed.
Bedroom 2 with two single beds.
Bedroom 3 with two single beds.
They are on the ground level, two of which open out to the swimming pool.
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath, w.c. and washing machine. Bathroom 2 to bedroom 2 and 3 with bath and w.c. There is a hairdryer available in each bathroom.
Kitchen: Dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine.
Living Room: The living room is on the first level and has two balconies. Offering beautiful mountain and sea views where you can relax with a cup of Nespresso or a glass of wine and enjoy the tranquility of the natural surroundings.
There is a flat screen T.V, satelite, DVD- and CD-player, free WI-FI.

Other: The villa is fully air-conditioned and has mosquito screens on all the windows, cot and high chair are provided.
There is full central heating for out of season visitors.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Bedlinen and towels are included. Bedlinen, changed once and towels twice a week. The villa is cleaned twice a week and the pool is regularly cleaned. Beach towels are available for each guest and included in the rental price. There is a local contact number for our villa manager who is available should you require any help.

Large pool: 10m x 5m. Main pool depth: 1,35m. There are 6 comfortable sun loungers.
Accessibility
Unfortunately the property is unsuitable for wheelchairs, and those with major mobility problems.

Outside
A stone terrace surrounds the villa and the pool which has DAY-LONG-SUNSHINE for sun worshipers. The villa is accessed by a private gated driveway. Sunbeds, parasols, chairs and table are provided by the pool.
Coast/Beach
Driving distance from the villa till the coast is 5 min. The beautiful beach of Acharavi has a blue flag. You can find several restaurants at this beach.
How to get there
Corfu airport is a 45 minute drive as is the ferry port. Car hire is advisable.
Further details
Supermarkets, shops and banks are all a short drive away (3 min.).
Acharavi has several restaurants, but also some in the surrounding mountains.
Free wifi is available.
