Description

Imperial Beach is the most southwesterly community in the continental United States, with gray-white sand beaches and nearly perfect weather. This condo has two bedrooms and 1-1/2 bathrooms and is 1050 square feet (98 square meters) in size. The condo has three levels. The condo is fully-equipped with high-quality furnishings and housewares to make your vacation a relaxing and stress-free experience. Dual-pane windows have been installed throughout for comfort and quiet. The beach is an easy 3-minute stroll 200 yards due west of the condo.

The lower level is an attached 2-car garage with full-sized washer and dryer. Also kept in the garage is the beach gear, which includes at least 4 backpack-style beach chairs, beach towels, body boards for both adults and kids, a beach umbrella, beach cart and sand toys for kids. The garage will accommodate one large vehicle and one small vehicle.

The middle (street entrance) level has a half bath, living room, dining room and full kitchen. The kitchen includes gas stove and oven, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and built-in microwave. All bakeware, tableware and most typical small appliance are provided. The dining room includes 6 chairs but con comfortably sets 8 with the folding chairs provided. The living room includes a 47" LCD TV with extended HD programming and HBO. Secure wireless internet is provided for use with your portable devices. A stereo and DVD/CD player are also provided. Local and domestic long-distance phone calls are free. There is a small front patio that includes two chairs, a cocktail table and a propane-fueled grill.

The upper level features two bedrooms separated by a full bathroom. The front bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds, a 3-drawer dresser and a large wardrobe. The rear bedroom has a queen bed and a 6-drawer dresser in the large closet. There are also 2 fold-out twin mattresses suitable for kids. All linens and comforters are provided. The bathroom has a combination shower/tub, toilet, and large vanity with sink. Plenty of clean white towels are provided.

How do damage deposits work?
