Check this cute cottage out! This is a two bedroom cottage (one double bed in each bedroom) which is just steps (175 yards/ 3 min walk) from the smooth white sand beach - no need to cross the traffic on Ocean Boulevard! Enjoy a short walk to a wide variety of restaurants and shops, deep-sea fishing, whale watching, para-sailing, mini-golf, free concerts at the new Seashell stage and FIREWORKS every week during the high season!!! It's a short drive to golf courses, Water Country and the Kittery Outlet Malls. Portsmouth is only 25 minutes away and it is only about an hour to Boston.

This is the upstairs unit in a duplex building (the lower unit is not occupied). The cottage is completely furnished and has brand new windows and siding with recently installed wood floors, a full kitchen (newly renovated), expanded cable on a new flat screen TV, free wireless internet and AC. It has a gas grill and picnic table in the shared back yard. There is a front porch perfect for relaxing and a small back deck as well. Just bring your linens and paper goods, and enjoy the beautiful beach. We even provide a beach umbrella, beach buggy and beach chairs!

NO SMOKING or tobacco use of any kind (and NO "vape" or e-cigarettes either) are allowed anywhere on the premises including the porches and yard! This is NOT a party place. Parking for ONE car in the yard. 

We are pet friendly - upon approval you may bring ONE well-behaved, friendly, quiet, and fully vaccinated dog ($100 per week Pet Fee will apply).

Enjoy easy walking to a wide variety of restaurants and shops, fishing, whale watching, mini-golf, arcades and more. Come join the fun!

Dogs must be vaccinated. NO SMOKING! You must be willing to leave the cottage CLEAN and there must be NO damage to receive your $500 Cleaning & Security Deposit back. A professional company will sanitize the cottage between tenants.
