Your temporary home. In the Townhouse you will feel as comfortable as at home - these are not only words, it is granted! In the affectionately designed townhouse you can relax after a strenuous city trip. It is exceptionally spacious and ideal for groups of up to six persons or for families.

The equipment combines luxury and convenience. Enjoy some hours of sunshine in your own garden with terrace and perfect southwest exposure. Large windows provide much light and airiness. Underfloor heating under the light oak parquet guarantees cosy warmth when temperatures outside are frosty.

On the ground floor you find a vestibule, a separate WC as well as a dining/living area with kitchen.The exclusive kitchen is equipped with a dish-washer, ceran cooktop and microwave. The Nespresso coffee machine guarantees a successful start into the day. In the living area you can enjoy an evening in good company. In the living room you can put up your feet after a busy sightseeing day. A free internet connection is also available.

Both spacious bathrooms on the upper floor are equipped with a WC, shower or rather a bath tube, wash basin and a large mirror. The master bedrooms has a wonderful view into nature. The other two bedrooms with a double bed each will inspire you with particularly high ceilings and pitched roof areas.

The town house is situated in a prime location. Far off from the hectic traffic routes, however only few minutes by bus from the old town.

The next bus stop (Eichethofsiedlung) is around 400 meters away from the house.

The house can accommodate up to 6 persons at most.

Animals are not permitted.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
