Hello from Highlands, NC and thank you for considering staying in our home for your upcoming visit. Please contact us with your trip specifics (dates of visit, number of guests, etc.) for a personalized quote. This beautifully renovated house is 1/4 mile from town-you can park your car and leave it for the week! This spacious home has three bedrooms, two baths and sleeps 6 comfortably. A spiral staircase leads to an oversized loft that is a great hideaway for kids. The fully equipped kitchen is newly updated and is open to the dining/living area. The family room features a floor to ceiling stone fireplace. Other ammenities include an oversized covered deck with grill, overflow parking, hardwood and ceramic flooring, cedar ceilings and closets, laundry room, cable, high speed internet, tankless (unlimited) hot water heater, jaccuzi tub, central heat and air. No pets, no smoking.

The location of our home is very convenient to town and the Old Edwards Inn and Spa----perfect for guests in town for weddings as the Inn is a five minute walk from the house. For those of you who enjoy the quiet and beautiful winters in Highlands..............when roads are snowy, our home's location offers the novelty still being close enough to walk to town for groceries, dining, shopping and the spa at Old Edwards! Evenings are enjoyable in front of the fireplace.

The covered deck is a perfect setting on rainy days where you can still enjoy the beautiful surroundings and stay dry. What can be more pleasant than dining outside and listening to the rain?

I am very committed to being available at any time for guests from the moment they inquire about our home and throughout their visit. I have people in place who are my "boots on the ground" should any needs arise during a guest's stay. Once a guest books, I have an information sheet for them that is intended to familiarize them with the house and area as much as possible before their arrival. There are multiple contacts to ensure timely responsiveness. I am available not just for any "problems" that might arise. I love pointing guests to areas of interest in Highlands. I will talk as much or little about our home and the area.
