Key West Vacation Rentals 2 Bed 2 Bath Condo On The Ocean with partial ocean views - rent weekly or nightly.

Thirteen-hundred-fifty square feet of fabulous living space located on the second floor with garden and partial ocean views from a 38-foot private balcony accessible from the living and both bedrooms will make your vacation a memorable one and keep you coming back year after year.

Both these Key West vacation rental properties were decorated and are managed (and maintained) by me personally, assuring you of a memorable vacation in a property that is way above the average investor owned rentals offered by management companies.

The terms and conditions (the contract of renting the unit) along with a credit card authorization form will be emailed to you and will be required to be filled out, signed and returned via toll free fax or scanned and emailed back to me.

The credit card authorization form is in lieu of a security deposit gives permission to charge your card if and damage was done to the unit during your stay or for any excessive cleaning the may be required after your stay

“WOW!”

WOW! says it all we stayed here in 2022 and WOW is all I need to stay. Clean and beautiful - didn't want to leave. Would stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

Great location, especially for a family of four. We had a great time. The pool and hot tub was wonderful. Definitely need a car to get to the activities, but so nice.

Response from the owner Not only was the ocean view accurately described to you I sent you a link to my personal website with virtual tours of both of my properties including the penthouse unit that you stayed in. The virtual tour clearly shows the ocean view from the condo - no deception here You seen exactly what you rented. Or an I supposed to believe you rented the unit without seeing the virtual tours or photos of the unit before you rented it. As for the beds - there is a 2 inch mattress topper on both beds which adds additional comfort to a medium support mattress . My family and I have stayed tn this unit 2 times since you rented it in January and had no problem with the beds, maybe it’s just us - or maybe it ‘s just you – and leaves me wondering why it took you 4 months after your stay to leave a bogus review.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send HENRY (the owner) a message.

If HENRY (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
