PLEASE NOTE: from late June, July, Aug to mid September, this home only rents by the week, starting Fridays or 5 nights starting Sundays. No weekend or 3 -4 night rentals please during summer months

Situated perfectly only 30 feet above sea level, the large gently sloping lawn gives handicapped accessibility directly to a wide expanse of year-round, not only a seasonal beach. Truly a rare find along the coast, this home has few comparables. Less than 25 homes in gated communities along the entire coastline of Baja from the border to Ensenada offer all that is to be found here in little-known Ricamar, a community of fewer than 80 homes. Built by a long-term builder in Baja as a personal residence, this 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home offers a truly unique floor plan with the main level consisting of a master suite plus open floor plan living with wall to wall whitewater views from everywhere. The lower floor, accessible from either the upper, or by a separate private entrance offers the additional 2 or 3 master suites, each with its own private bathroom with shower only, no bathtubs, plus a full kitchen in Granite, and another wall to wall beachfront living area which leads to the patio/BBQ area and lawn as well as direct beach access. Gated community at the north end of Rosarito Beach and just 3 minutes from town and the new Pabellon shopping center with Walmart, Home Depot, 10-plex cinema and many restaurants and other services close at hand. 4 bedrooms each with ensuite bath, 2 queens and two Cal King sleep number beds, plus 2 queen sofa beds and one sofa suitable for sleeping and access to 5th half bath. DirecTV Ultimate package excluding PPV. WiFi included and generally reliable, but service cannot be guaranteed. Suitable for 12+ guests and pet-friendly too. Great place for family reunions with many repeat guests, but not great for noisy parties disturbing the neighbors after 11 PM.

We will meet less than 2 km away in a highly recognizable location. (Burger King, as there is only one in case you get lost everyone will know where to send you) We strongly advise against using GPS, as that will get more than half lost here in Baja, but clear directions will be sent to you and we will be in constant contact by cell and text on the day of arrival and during your stay.

“Beach house”

The house is a little outdated but it serves its purpose. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. There is a lot of space for a large group to hang out as the house is two floors. There is one bedroom upstairs with kitchen and living room and three bedrooms downstairs with a smaller kitchen, living room and dining space. Your backyard is literally the beach and kids had a blast! Met Herbs assistant to retrieve keys and at check out met Herb at the house and he was very kind. Will probably book this place again.
