Description

Our oceanfront condo is the premier unit in the Mokuleia Beach Colony and is 20 feet from the water. This 900 sq ft one bedroom unit is a peaceful and private escape from life's busy world. The unit is is fully furnished so just bring your clothes. We have wifi for those of you who still need to work or just keep in contact. There is nothing better than emailing your friends from the beach when they are still at work.

The unit sleeps two people is beautifully furnished and includes koa wood walls, enclosed lanai with custom monkey pod wood chairs, rose wood dining table with credenza, fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, bedroom with queen-size bed and separate dressing area. Winter 2015/2016 upgrades include a remodeled bathroom, new toilet, new washer and dryer and new refrigerator.

Mokukeia Beach Colony is a gated waterfront duplex community placed on six beautiful acres. We are located in the southern most unit, on the south edge of the property and located on a dead end path. This leaves this unit very private.

Activities are not at all hard to find. Surfing at the Pipeline and Sunset Beach in the winter to Skydiving at Dillingham Air Field year round. Turtle Bay Hilton is only 30 minutes away and boasts about the numerous spectacular courses. Our favorite activity is sitting in the chairs out front and walking the miles of empty sandy beach.
