Watch the eagles soar and the horses play as you relax on your private balcony of this 900-square-foot suite, offering breathtaking views of the Georgia Strait and Denman Island from this 12-acre hobby farm. Winner of TripAdvisor's Hall of Fame for consistently earning the Certificate of Excellence multiple years, as well as the 2011 "Tourism/Hospitality Business of the Year" Vancouver Island Business Excellence Award, and the 2011 and 2010 Better Business Bureau's Torch Award for the entire island--Steve and Carolyn know how to treat guests and make memories with them!

Open floor plan is perfect for traveling with friends or family--two queen beds and pullout double; seating area, dining area, full kitchen. The tie-in with our regular B&B rooms make the guest wing a perfect location for family reunions, weddings, and parties, too. Horses are welcome. Come visit the chickens, too. Farm fresh eggs are served for breakfast on many days. We look forward to making your stay on Vancouver Island extra-ordinary--truly believing that great memories and new friends are made in Paradise.

NOTE: During the months of July-September (when the B&B rooms below the suite are usually booked by older couples who are disturbed by the noise kids make in the upstairs suite), we can no longer accept families with multiple children under the age of 8; a single child is no problem. If you book the entire B&B wing for a personal event--a wedding or reunion--we can be totally kid-friendly any time of the year.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carolyn (the owner) a message.

If Carolyn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
