Description

Luxury self catering cottage with own entrance, fireplace, antique pine furniture, TV/DVD, wifi, oak wood kitchenette, private North American style bathroom, sun terrace. Surrounded by park and herbs gardens and fishing pond. Decorated in medieval style with use of old Flemish brick. Friendly host family.

The (35m2) cottage is on our property. It can be rented self catering as from 3 nights.

If you would prefer with breakfast, you can order homemade and extensive breakfast here at 10 euro per person.

The cottage has 2 beds and, if needed, a big fold out couch for 2, you all sleep in the same room, no separate bedrooms.

There is also a dining corner with kitchenette and a bathroom in the cottage.

Safe and free car park at the cottages.

Response from the owner Nicole, her friend and her son were very friendly people, enjoying our property and her son especially liked to fish in our pound! He had to bring his own fishing gear though :-). Nicole is a very good cook, and as we had an abundant supply of zucchinis in our garden, we gave her one too cook with and we were able to taste it..so good!! As the weather was not that fantastic..they''ll have to come back and then we hope for the perfect summer weather!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Daniel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
