This is a cute large two bedrooms with two full baths apartment in the heart of Miraflores; at few steps of Kennedy Park, the main square of Miraflores. You will be surrounded by everything you can ask for, like 24hrs Supermarkets (across the street), banks, restaurants, coffee shops, Peruvian Markets, Shopping centers, Larcomar Ave, and beaches. Nice and ample unit for a reasonable rate.

The property is on the fourth-teen floor of a modern 20 story building, walking close to Larcomar Commercial Center, the Pacific Ocean beaches and Costa Verde Park. Nice side views of the Pacific Ocean and Malecon.

Apartment totally furnished with dishes & utensils, comfortable Queen size beds, and provided with all services; Cable TV, Residential Phone service, Wireless internet connection; and parking lot underground the building. You will enjoy the place and location.

How do damage deposits work?

If Eleana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
