Description

Our 1800 sq. ft.first floor condo is located in the Village of Newhaven complex situated at the north end of the Fripp Island Beach. We have a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. The Ocean Point Golf Course is right across the street and

the Ocean Point pool is next to our complex. Our condo has had kitchen updates and some new furnishings in 2010. Two of the three bedrooms have king sized beds

and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Our guests can acquire Club Guest Cards

which allow accessibility to all of the facilities maintained by the Fripp Island

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
