Description

Welcome to our lovely cosy second floor apartment in the heart of the fabulous City of Brighton. Located right by the famous Palace Pier and beach, this apartment is the ideal short-term holiday let.

Situated just a stones throw from the sea and other attractions such as the Brighton Lanes and the Sea Life Centre, the apartment has great views over Steine Gardens and towards the Royal Pavilion.

Conveniently located on the Old Steine, you will be near all the main attractions without need for taxis. Brighton mainline station is just 10 minutes on foot or a short taxi ride (costing around six pounds).

This is a quiet building - no rowdy groups please. Please note that we cannot accept any under 21's unless are children with parents. Children and babies welcome - we have travel cots and high chairs if needed.

* NO ROWDY GROUPS – our neighbours are our friends and it must stay that way

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Josephina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
