Description

Our private vacation villa on Lovina beach, north Bali, is for rent. The vacation rental consists of two separate luxury villas, each with their own private pool and both directly overlook the Bali Sea. The vacation homes are surrounded by a tropical garden of some 2600 m2 with a 50 meter beachfront on Lovina beach

Villa Insulinde is the larger and main vacation home for 2-6 persons, the Lumbung a completely separate and smaller vacation home for 2-4 persons.

For larger groups of people both houses will be used.

The vacation villas are situated in the town of Dencarik just outside Lovina on a quiet road, some 800 meters from the Singaraja - Siririt highway.

Villa Insulinde has 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, a large living room, kitchen, dining room, terrace and swimming pool of 6 x 12 m. The Lumbung has 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, and a dining room / kitchen situated on the first floor with magnificent views over the Bali Sea and mountains. The Lumbung has a separate swimming pool of 4 x 8 m.

The villas have a permanent staff of 5, consisting of 2 cleaners, 2 gardeners and security.

Getting around

We make use of the taxi organisation of our local village. They can be ordered by the staff for day trips, travel to and from Lovina, Singaraja, etc. Several restaurants have a pick-up service and will come to the villa. Other businesses like e.g. the dive centers, dolphine watching, etc. will also come and pick you up at the villa.

We like to interact with the guests and are always available We like to receive comments, both positive and negative, in order to improve the stay of our guests.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Herman (the owner) a message.

If Herman (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
