Description

Spanish Style Colonial House within walking distance from Central Park. Just 6 blocks away. Close to shops, restaurants and central market, but far enough to avoid the crowds and noise of downtown visitors. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Fully furnished with stove and refrigerator. Living room and dining room. Cozy but with lots of living space.

The house can sleep up to 9 persons depending on sleep arrangements, however the rate is applicable to 6 persons (two per room) Each person extra is $25 per night. The rate is for the whole house. Watch-out for other properties which list a rate per room!

It is also about 2 and half blocks from Spanish Schools in the area.

There is access to nearby pools. This can be arranged as a package or you can contact the facility yourself and arrange this type of accommodation.

I will help you with everything you may need to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible.

Close to 3 of Top 10 restaurants suggested by TripAdvisor. You can walk easily to each of them or use a 'Tuk-Tuk' (I believe the rate is Q.10 per trip everywhere in Antigua)

If Carlos (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
