“Great house”

This house was perfect for the 8 of us. Very spacious and very comfortable. Our kids loved the pool. We called the manager a couple times for little things that needed to be fixed and she was right on it. We would definitely recommend this house and definitely think of using this house again when we go back to Disney.

We went with a party of 9 we had the time of our lives!!!! From 1 1/2 year old to the 61 year old we all enjoyed our stay!!!! Looking forward to next years visit!!!!

The overall vicinity, generous space and peaceful setting promoted a great visit--we came to Orlando to enjoy the weather, sample the attractions and to meet (at long last) our son's girlfriend's parents. Everything was in place as promised: the kitchen, numerous bedrooms, bathrooms, pool and spa, The WIFI was working, the pool was heated and the environment clean and organized. All in all, whether you are hanging out or determined to venture to the myriad attractions down the road, you can't go wrong here.

“A nice, spacious house with some issues”

The house is very nice and spacious and has an absolutely wonderful pool area, but we did experience quite a few nagging and one major issue. We were told via the listing that we would have wifi, but apparently there was some problem with Comcast that left us without access for the entire length of our vacation (9 days). This is completely unacceptable for any business professional and it made the week difficult to say the least. It is also noted that there is "High Definition TV", well that's partially true. There is in fact one Hdvt, but there is no HD being broadcast to it. Again, this was very disappointing as well. This may have been a Comcast issue as well, but I don't know for sure. The house wasn't cleaned very well when we first got there either. My wife was sweeping the floors within an hour of getting there (not what she expected to do on vacation). The pool also had alot of debris in the bottom as well. We didn't have hot water for the first night either which was extremely frustrating after a day of travel. We contacted the owner (Ken) who made sure that the pool and hot water tank were dealt with immediately the next morning. Unfortunately, the same could not be said for the internet even though he was trying every day to get it resolved. One other thing that was a bit odd to me was the hot tub. I expect a hot tub to be hot when entering it, but this one was actually a bit cooler than the pool water. There was no temperature gauge to control, so it made the hot tub be completely useless to us. Finally, the old Crts in the bedrooms could benefit from updating (and add a HD feed). My 5 year old son didn't even know what kind of TV that it was at first. The positives though are that the house is very spacious, it has a great pool area (including outdoor bathroom/shower under the lanai) and the owner gets back to you asap with any sort of issues. Unfortunately the internet issue ended up being a big one for me.

Response from the owner My first phone call was Friday around 5:30pm about the internet and pool and about 9:30pm about the hot water. The Management company responded quickly cleaned the pool (it had rained very hard on Thursday and Friday Morning) and repaired the hot water tank first thing Saturday morning. My IT vendor was also at the house first thing on Saturday morning to access the internet issue. The conclusion, it was the Comcast router. Florida has several lighting hits and is blamed for TV,Internet,Phone and electrical issues on a regular basis. I have installed surge protectors not only inside my home but also at the main electrical box where the power comes into my home to help reduce these issues. After 3 no show service appointments from Comcast, the service was cancelled and replaced with fiber optic from Verizon. The house is 8 years old and was up graded to have TV's in all 5 bedrooms which include TV ,VCR and DVD players. The management company is on site and can be contacted with the phone numbers provided to help with any issues or with help in using any of the amenities of my home.
