A modern Villa over 2 floors located in the mountains overlooking Sitges.
The beautiful mountain rock is exposed and incorporated into the walls of part of the Villa and looks truly stunning. There is more than 200 square foot of living space plus amazing sun terraces (all with sea views).
The Villa has fully equipped kitchen with living/dining room in open design.
The normal price = 7 bedrooms = Capacity up to 14 persons,
3 bathrooms with shower and bathtub, private pool and your own entrance.
First floor & second floor is the renters area with a large space for living with fantastic view of the Mediterranean sea. The Chillout terrace and pool on third and fourth floor, the pool and pool terrace is private and belongs to the villa. On the villas ground floor is the House Reception which provide updated tourist information and house/room services such as; Sightseeing & Vineyard excursions, Dinners & Barbeques, transfer etc. This area is totally separated from the renters area.
There are fans in every room and the lovely sea breeze is coming every day. In wintertime its also heated with gas radiators and with a cosy fire stove.
The Villa Sunlight is situated high up with a fantastic sea view over Mediterranean and SITGES village in a very nice and quiet area just 15 - 20 min walking to Sitges centre/beaches (3-5 min with bus/car with bus stop next door) and 30-45 min to Barcelona with train/car.

Wind room - Small beautiful room with access to sun terrace with wonderful sea views (1 sofabed =115 cm).
Saturnus & Venus room = Room or suite = Beautiful room with access to sun terrace with wonderful sea views: one doble bed 140x200cm, 2 singlebeds can be put together.
Moon room - 2 singelbeds, can be put together for a double.
Fully equipped kitchen and lovely living/dining room - in open design
3 bathrooms with, toilet, shower and bathtub
2 large furniture terraces with BBQ equipment
The Villa has lots of lovely sun terraces with furniture and a private pool (8m x 3m) with views to the sea. The pool is surrounded with a little garden wild wonderful smell of pine trees.
The pool is private and nature steps up to the pool. The house has stairs and elevator .
We provide you with updated information on activities etc in the area. We always give nice welcoming with "cava" Spanish champagne and personal information of all the good restaurants, bars and best Sitges/Barcelona, sightseeing etc.
The house reception offer you different services on request: updated tourist information & sightseeing, rooms service, vineyard excursions, homemade meals & catering, golf and stay in shape & yoga sessions at the Villa for example.
Ground floor is used for special dinner events or extra space for bigger groups.
The house reception & ground floor is totally separated from 1:st & 2: nd floor that is normally used as renters area.

We wish you to enjoy the Villa as it where your own, with respect for the house and our neighbours etc - If you would like to have parties late at night its not allowed, we appreciate that You go down to the centre of Sitges
The house is situated in a really nice and quiet area, and we would like to keep it like that, for respect of our neighbours. Just a general respect for keeping noise levels low, and awareness of coming in from late parties for example.
