Description

This peaceful 3700 sq ft getaway is located on the north end in East Passage Estates on 2 acres and it's an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the tranquility of nature. The property has large decks patios, sun room, swimming pool and an outdoor shower. The gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.

It's easy to kick back, listen to birds and enjoy the unique and beautiful landscape of "Kismet" which has it's own nature trail at the end of the park-like compound.

For dining you'll find some of the finest restaurants both downtown and in the many towns just minutes away. Visit Slice of Heaven for breakfast and Sympatico Tratoria's for outside dining and live music.

Jamestown is an island just 9 miles long and 1 mile wide. Hundreds of acres of protected space and working farms yield a serene quality and soothing views of land, sky, and sea. The town center, just 4 miles to the south, features lovely shops, pleasant strolls, a superb marina, and terrific restaurants."

Local sand and pebble beaches are a few minutes away.

One wing of the house can also be rented for $400 per night when available. Includes 2 bedrooms, living room/TV room, washer dryer, full bath and use of kitchen for breakfast.

How do damage deposits work?

If Carol (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
