“Beautiful cabin in a great location.”
We stayed at the cabin during our October visit to Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. It was beautiful! Ricky was very quick to respond to my emails, directions to the cabin was perfect, and our deposit was in the mail the day after we checked out. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. I would highly recommend this cabin. It's in a very quiet location with beautiful scenery , it's spacious and was very clean.
“Loved Our Stay at The Beautiful Cabin”
After a long day of hiking at Zion and Bryce, we enjoyed relaxing on the deck surrounded by the solitude of the pine trees. The cabin was spacious, very clean and comfortable with wonderful window views of the forest. Our group was extremely pleased with the cabin and location near Zion and Bryce. Another chair by the beautiful fireplace would have made it even more comfortable and 2 additional table side chairs to accommodate our group of six. The owner was easy to work with and helpful with directions, local information and prompt returning our deposit. We shopped in Cedar City for groceries as recommended (Duck Creek Village's little market has limited supplies). We have fond memories of our time at the cabin and would stay there again.
“Excellent location and mountain setting”
Great location for day trips to Zion and Bryce. Cabin was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend. Owner extremely helpful in answering questions and recommending how best to enjoy the cabin and surrounding area.
“Our oasis between the parks.”
Service received from the owner was superb! From planning, answering questions, any problems, returning deposit promptly - amazing service. The home was very clean, in a beautiful area with plenty of room for us to spread out. Sitting out on the deck after of day of hiking was a pleasant way to end our day.
“Amazing Vacation Spot!”
We traveled with our two grade school children to visit both Zion and Bryce Canyon. This home was perfectly located to visit both. The property was cozy and spacious. We could not have asked for more. We were able to take walks, go fishing and visit the parks. All withing a very short drive from the property. Check in was easy and the garage was a nice bonus to store our kayaks during our stay. We felt safe and secure in this lovely cabin. We will highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a wonderful property to rent.
“very well pleased”
Every thing about the house and the area was excellent. Would stay there again. We even went Sking at Brians head which was only about a 45 MIN drive.
“Bryce National Park is an amazing place.”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the area. The scenery is amazingly beautiful.
“Beautiful Property Centrally Located Between Bryce and Zion”
We were looking for a property that would allow us to visit both Bryce and Zion for a day and this cabin fit the bill. Located in a quiet mountain setting it was very well maintained and clean. If you have time make sure to go to Navajo Lake and Cascade Falls about 15 minutes from the cabin. Cascade Falls, fed by Navajo Lake, is a short hike and serves as the headwaters to the Virgin River which runs through Zion National Park. You can view the falls up close with a picturesque vew of the valley below. The owner, Ricky May, was exceptional to work with. We rented three other properties during our trip west and noone responded as promptly and was as easy to deal with than Ricky. I highly recommend this cabin for your stay.
“A spectacular home away from home!”
We just returned from an amazing trip combining a few days in Las Vegas and a few days in SW Utah visiting National Parks. We wanted a home close to both Bryce and Zion National Parks within a 3 1/2 hour drive from the Las Vegas airport. This wonderful three bedroom home fit the bill perfectly. One of our son's just graduated from college and one son is a newlywed, so having this spacious home with three bedrooms was perfect for us. It was a great combination of remoteness and easy access. The view of the stars from our upper level bedroom was breathtaking. The home had everything we needed to feel at home, we wanted for nothing.
“A very nice cabin in Utah”
As a French family living in California for 3 years, we have tested a lot of rental houses to visit beautiful america. We must say Rick's cabin ranks very hight in our Top Ten best properties. A nice and quiet surrounding, a very clean and confortable house, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, lot of space, nice fireplace, big TV, great bathroom, very convenient kitchen...and all that very conveniently placed between Bryce and Zion national parks... What else ? Thank you Ricky for these great vacations ! I already recommended the house to our friends.
