There are 3 floors plus a basement garage in the Casa.

The base floor is a garage to accommodate 2 large suburban vehicles. There is also a washer & dryer for your use.

The 1st floor has the main entrance leading to the TV sitting room, 3 King Size bedrooms & 1 twin bedroom and an extra toilet.

All of the King Size rooms have king sized beds.

2 of the King Size bedrooms have an adjoining shower room with toilet & sink.

The Master King Size bedroom has a shower with toilet & basin. There is also a walk in closet room.

The TV sitting room leads to the outdoor patio downstairs. This also leads to the twin room.

The twin room out by the patio has 2 single beds with a shower, toilet & sink.

The 2nd floor has the master king size bedroom, extra toilet, Communal room, Kitchen and dining room with patio seating area.

The master room has a king size bed, bathroom with bath / shower and twin basins and toilet. There is a large walk in closet room.

The stairs lead up from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor which is the full size terrace.

There is a fire pit, kitchen, Jacuzzi, sun beds and seating area all looking out to the beautiful views over San Miguel.

The casa is luxuriously furnished and equipped with everything you should need.

We do not have a pool at the casa but there is a hotel just a few steps away that you can use when you enjoy a breakfast or lunch.

Getting around

When leaving the Casa take a business card with you to have the address for reference. When walking downtown turn right as you come out of the casa then turn right again and walk all the way down the hill till you get to the main road. Turn right and continue until you can no more then turn left and continue down to the main square. We recommend that you do the walk once or twice to become familiar with the area and where the Casa is. When you are taking a taxi home, be sure to tell the driver to take you to 'Barrio La Palmita'. This is the name of the neighborhood area. As you go up the hill and get to the top you can then tell the driver when to turn left at the casa.

Our Bi-lingual Casa Manager, Daniel Hernandez, is your direct point of contact for any questions on the house or when out and about. He is a wealth of information in and around San Miguel, a great resource and simply the best! With his own tour business, he can help with all your needs. Please utilize him as he is always happy to assist. Contacting him through whatsapp or in person is the best way.

If Layton (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
