Located in a beautiful part of Split, near the beach and the hill Marjan, our apartment makes our guests feel comfortable and relaxed. Vicinity to restaurants, the old City center and Diocletian's palace makes it attractive for people who like to feel the vibrancy of the City and still have the peace they need.

Terrace on the ground floor with barbecue and a small garden in which ecological seasonal vegetables are grown, is available to our guests.

If you want to try our local food we are here to help. If you are interested to know something from our distant and recent past, please don't hesitate to ask, we will be happy to answer. In short, we will do everything to make your stay in our apartment a pleasant experience.

Our goal and our wish is to make your stay pleasant as possible.

“Comfortable and friendly apartment in Split”

the apartment is very comfortable ,compact and well equipped.It is situated in what appears as a semi rural area ,but which is very close to the centre of Split..It is also very close to the Majan peninsular which is a wooded rural area with beaches.Zoran and Ranka were very welcoming and made us feel very much at home even making us a lovely meal on the last day of our stay. The apartment has internet and television.We enjoyed our stay very much.

We could not find the apartment by means of our gps. We called Zoran and he came to a near by gas station and we followed him back to his apartment. We had a cozy double bed, kitchen, sitting area with tv, and bathroom. A nice touch was a travel iron and hair dryer in the bathroom. It is centrally located. There is very little parking spaces in Split, so it is best to walk. We walked all day, touring Split. We would highly recommend Nevica apartment!

Zoran and Ranka were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome, telling us about Split and answering our questions about Croatia. They were always helpful but never intrusive. We enjoyed their company. The flat is accurately described on the website. We loved the fact that although it's on the first floor, we had the back garden (with dining table, sun loungers and B-B-Q) to ourselves. It's only a couple of minutes' walk from the sea and a further 5 minutes to a park with designated swimming areas. The sea-front in the attractive historic centre of Split is a 15 minute walk in the other direction. We stayed for a week and it was an ideal base to explore both Split and the surrounding area.

The apartment is located in a very desirable part of Split; an easy walk to the Old Town and to the nearest beach. The apartment is comfortable, with a terrace outside in which to eat in. The owners were welcoming, and available to offer advice about places of interest locally.

Fantastic stay with Ranka and Zoran, great location within walking distance of Split centre. Appartment very clean and comfortable, the kitchen is small but with a BBQ outside this was not a problem. Ranka and Zoran are the ideal hosts, friendly and extremely welcoming - they could not have been more helpful in anyway. We had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this appartment to anyone that needs accomodation in Split.

I stayed at this apartment with my 8 year old daughter, and we had a great stay here. Ranka and Zoran are friendly hosts who speak good English. The apartment is on the upper floor with a small balcony that gets the sun in the pm and use of the garden. It is clean and comfortable. The area is quiet so we slept well, and it's within an easy walk to town. One night Ranka cooked us a barbecue of organic meat of the kind I rarely taste in the UK! If you need any advice or help from them during your stay just ask as they are very helpful. If I ever come back to Split I would stay here again

The location was very good - 15-20mins walk to town or you had the local cafes and marinas to wander about away from the hussle of the town on your doorstep. Excellent for visiting the islands as the ferrys are available and any buses. The Marjan country park is 10 mins. away and worth a visit. Zoran and Ranka are excellent hosts who enjoy having guests and will help you in every way.

We spent from 30 December 2012 until 05 January 2013 in Split, using the Nevica apartment (it's on the first floor) as a base. The owners live on the ground floor of the building; they are wonderfully friendly and welcoming - and speak good English. The area was, as you might expect, very quiet at that time of year; this suited us well, as did the cosiness, cleanliness and privacy of the apartment. The kitchen is small, as is the lounge, but there is everything that you need. The bathroom is more than adequate. Also very good for us was the proximity to the city centre and to the wonderful walking on the Marjan peninsular. We really enjoyed Split; it is a fascinating city with much to see.

The services in the apartmans "Nevica" is very very good! Very good and very clean apartman. The house is on the very good location (near the old town). The family Nakic is very very freandly. Absolutely,the aparman "Nevica" is the best and i recomend.
