Sunset Gardens provides you with an ideal base for exploring all Cyprus has to offer or simply enjoy this peaceful location. 5 Minutes Walk into Pervolia Village and walking Distance to the Beach, Faros Beach offers water sports and sunbeds. and within short driving distance to an abundance of Coast line, beautiful scenery and more beaches.

The area is surrounded by unspoilt beaches with crystal clear waters.

The apartment has remote-controlled air-conditioning and a balcony that overlooks the sea where you can enjoy your early morning coffee, A pool where you can sunbathe the day away. It also has Free Unlimited WIFI just in case you want to keep in touch with the outside world.

Based in the non commercialised village of Pervolia, the perfect place to escape mass tourism, there are tavernas and a very "local" feel. Restaurants, quaint tavernas, bars, and friendly locals lace the cobbled streets. The Summer evenings are a treat when they close the village to traffic and you can experience mingling with locals and enjoying traditional Cypriot entertainment.

Cyprus has a Mediterranean climate — the sun shines year-round, summers are long and dry and winters are mild.Temperatures are high in summer, reaching the 30s (Celsius) in July and August, but the sea breezes cool the coastal areas. Winter temperatures can be in the teens and 20s but rarely drop below 10 degrees. Winter is colder in the Troodos Mountains and brings some snow — it is possible to ski in the mountains in the morning and sunbathe on the beach in the afternoon.

If you are travelling with children you can visit WaterWorld or The Camel Park.

The Larnaca area, only 15 minutes away has many historical sites including churches, museums and local arts exhibitions and concerts. It is also home to the world famous Salt Lakes with its Flamingos. It is an ideal location to visit other parts of the island with its fast access to the main "A" road network. Larnaca itself can boast a very nice family friendly beach on a palm lined promenade scattered with bars and restaurants. At one end is the large Marina where guests can go on boat trips while at the other end is the old Larnaca Fort.

House rules

All that I ask is that you treat the apartment with respect and enjoy your holiday. If you can avoid leaving the air-conditioning on whilst you are out that is also appreciated as running costs during the summer months can be very high and usage is included free of charge with all rentals.
If you wish to smoke, please can you refrain from doing it within the apartment as this may affect the enjoyment for follow on guests.

“peace and quiet”

The apartment is well equipped , from the balcony we enjoyed the peaceful area. The pool is clean and large. We enjoyed the panorama from roof terrace. Pervolia village is great , close to the airport. We will return in the future.
