Why stay in a cramped hotel or motel room when you can reside in these delightful, comfortable, and spacious fully furnished condominiums? Because we are a locally-owned business and not a chain, our low rates are less than most area motels! Within walking distance of the UNC campus and many restaurants, these condominiums are equipped with individual phone lines and numbers, washer/dryer, microwave, gas stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, all kitchenware, and linens.

This is an ideal location for visitors to UNC or Chapel Hill, or for those considering relocation to the Chapel Hill area. All 2 bedroom units are townhouses, have fireplaces, patio, and deck, and are approximately 1,000 square feet. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Some units have 3 single beds in addition to the queen bed.

Included in your daily rate are all utilities, free local phone service, satellite TV with 6 HBO/Cinemax channels, and free off-street parking. Wireless internet access is available, and credit/debit cards are accepted. This is definitely a special place you will want to call your "home away from home".

Chapel Hill InnTown is located very near to an extensive network of town-maintained nature and hiking trails. A nice city park, playground, and tennis courts are nearby. Swimming pool passes are available at a nominal charge during summer. Pets are allowed with advance approval. Please be aware that if you have a physical condition that makes it difficult to climb stairs, all of our units have bedrooms on the second floor.
