This apartment is located in the very centre of San Sebastian in an elegant building only one block from the famous beach of La Concha.
It was refurbished in 2008 and turned into a modern and luxurious apartment.
You can actually see the beach from its terrace.
Due to its perfect location you do not need to use the car or any other means of transport to enjoy everything this beautiful city has to offer.
The apartment has:
Living room – dining room: it has a table for eight people and a sofa that becomes a king size bed. It has direct access to the terrace.
First bedroom: with a double bed and a fitted wardrobe.
Second bedroom: with a double bed and a wardrobe.
Third bedroom: with two double beds and a wardrobe.
Bathroom 1: fully equipped.
Bathroom 2: fully equipped and with a washing machine.
Kitchen: fully equipped.
Terrace: 10 square metre terrace from which you can see the beach.
Free internet (wi-fi) and free local and national phone calls.
It has central heating and hot water.
100 square metres plus terrace.
The minimum stay is 31 nights.
There is a supervised car parking one block from the apartment at an extra fee per night (please see rates below).

If EMILIA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
